Scalable services
As part of PropellWorks, we have full access to the resources of our sister companies; AEC, SCS and Bay Sandblasting. These companies extend our specialisation to include mechanical engineering services, blasting and coating applications.
We were the lead mechanical installer, responsible for the plant installation of the Winstone Wallboards factory in Tauriko, Tauranga. With a number of contractors onsite, we worked collaboratively with multiple crews to achieve an outstanding result that was on spec and on time.
Expanding the Stothaven chemical storage facility at the Port of Tauranga was challenging. The project was on a fixed timeline based on a ship arrival. Despite losing months to COVID lockdowns, we met the revised deadline, finishing on time, with zero LTI.
We provide projects, maintenance and shutdown services for Mercury's hydro and geothermal sites. We are a critical mechanical install partner to the ongoing Karapiro hydroelectric project that involves replacing 3 new 45t intake gates in conjunction with our PropellWorks team (AEC and SCS).
We have a longstanding relationship with Ballance for their ongoing projects, shutdowns and maintenance, including planned work and emergency breakdowns.
CMS has been a trusted partner for IXOM for over 15yrs, providing comprehensive services across their chemical plant operations. Our work includes routine maintenance, regular shutdowns as well as the successful completion of projects, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
