This project including the following tasks:
- Replace Nb500, Nb350 carbon steel CO2 transfer line with 316L stainless steel
- Install flange sets and fabricate and install inline filters in to 2 Nb100 sch160 carbon steel ammonia feed pump lines, pre and post heat treated
- Fabricate and install raw water flow meter manifold
- Replace a section of the ammonia kickback drain line with Nb50 and Nb150 sch160 316L
- Fabricate and install a new Nb25 sch160 316L sample line on reactor 2
- Replace other sections of 316L process lines
- Remove coils from the boilers air heater
