QA PAckage

Our Quality Assurance process is very robust. We provide a QA Package at the completion of each project, which may include: drawings, material test certificates, NDT Reports and X-rays, hydro certificates, data plates and other inspection and test documentation.

We are fully accountable with QA, having designs and drawings externally verified by an independent party whenever required. NDTs and X-Rays are always completed by an external provider.

  • Fire Extinguisher
  • Harness Systems
  • Hazard ID
  • Height Safety Equipment
  • Permit Receiver

All CMS Welders are ASME IX qualified and testing is verified externally every 6 months. CMS has BSEN 287, 4703, AS1554, Hygienic welding procedures, and welding procedures in carbon steel, austenitic stainless steels, duplex stainless steels, hastalloy, incalloy and other exotic materials.

Our formal internal QA systems ensure:

  • Goods ordered are matched to drawings
  • Material certs are received for goods
  • All fabricated work is inspected and signed off to drawings
  • Hydro tests are verified and signed off by us and the client
